At CLAVIS, every order is prepared with care before it leaves our hands.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
European Union
- Standard International: 5–10 business days
- Express International: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays outside our control.
Customs & Duties (EU Orders) Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure of applicable charges.
Personalised Items Personalised or custom-made orders may require additional processing time. Estimated dispatch times will be communicated at the time of order.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once dispatched.
